Use of Website Our website lists dumpster sizes, pricing, and service areas. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time without notice.

Service Limitations Dumpster rental depends on availability and local rules. Typical containers range from 10 to 40 cubic yards. Weight limits run from 2 tons (4,000 lbs) for a 10-yard bin to 6 tons (12,000 lbs) for a 40-yard bin. Exceeding these limits triggers overage charges of $50–$100 per ton. Prohibited items include hazardous waste, asbestos, and certain chemicals. You must ensure your debris complies with federal, state, and local regulations, including RCRA Subtitle D and local landfill bans. Transport of waste follows DOT 49 CFR Parts 171–180.

Third-Party Providers We may use independent haulers and disposal facilities to fulfill your rental. These providers are contractors, not employees. Rental Dumpster Bins is not liable for their actions, but we will help resolve any service issues.

Liability Limits Our total liability for any claim related to our services or website is capped at the amount you paid for the rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use after changes means you accept them. Check this page periodically.
